  • The company ELITOO s.r.o., with registered office at 17.listopadu 220, Červený Kostelec 549 41, ID number: 09566147, registered at the Regional Court in Hradec Králové, under file number C 46357, (hereinafter referred to as "Elitoo", "Woodmint" or "we") undertakes to protect the personal data of its customers in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. This privacy policy describes how we collect, process, and protect our customers' personal data while accessing our website and/or purchasing our goods.

 

  1. DATA WE MAY COLLECT ABOUT YOU

    • We may collect and process the following data about you:
  2. a) Personal data that you provide by filling in forms on the website. This includes information provided when registering to use the website or placing an order through the website. We may also ask you for personal information when you report a problem with the website.
  3. b) If you contact us, we may record this correspondence.
  4. c) If you call us, we may keep call records for training purposes.

  1. IP ADDRESSES AND COOKIES

    • Our website and communications generated from the use of the website and/or the purchase of our goods, such as promotional emails, may contain electronic images known as "web beacons". Web beacons usually work in conjunction with cookies and we may use them in the same way as cookies (see above).
  2. DIRECT MARKETING

    • You agree that we may also use your electronic contact details, which may be derived from your previous use of the website, or allow selected third parties to use these details to contact you by electronic means (email, SMS) with information about goods and services. You can opt-out of marketing communications by disabling this feature through the unsubscribe link provided in every email you receive.

 

  1. DATA SHARING

    • By clicking on the "I Agree" button to complete the registration process on the website, or by placing the relevant order for Woodmint goods, you give us your express consent to share your personal data with third parties such as (i) any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, affiliates, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries; (ii) guest providers; (iii) advertising partners; (iv) service partners for contract performance, transport and payment providers; and these parties will then process your data (as "processors"). Any such processors will be available on our website, and you agree that the processors will obtain, collect, distribute, record, organize, modify or alter, search, consult, unify, combine, transfer, use, store, block, destroy and manage the cross-border flow of personal data.
    • We may share your data:
  2. a) In the event that we sell or buy any business or property, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or property.
  3. b) If Woodmint or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, one of the transferred assets will be personal data held about its customers.
  4. c) If we are under a duty to release, disclose or share your personal information in order to comply with any legal obligation or to enforce or apply our terms and conditions and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property or safety of Woodmint, our customers or third parties. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations to protect against fraud and reduce credit risk.
  5. d) Where disclosure of personal information is expressly permitted in applicable law.
  6. DATA STORAGE

    • You agree that the data we collect from you may be transferred to and stored at a location outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). It may be processed by staff working outside the EEA who work for us or one of our suppliers. These employees may, among other things, be hired to fulfil your order, process your payment details and provide support services. By submitting your personal data, you consent to its transfer, storage or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

 

  1. SECURITY

    • We care about the secure storage of your data. We have therefore implemented physical, technical, and organisational measures and plans to protect and secure the data we collect (but which do not relieve you of your obligation to take proper measures to secure your data, particularly in the case of data transfer). The aim is to prevent unauthorised or unlawful processing of your personal data or to prevent accidental, unauthorised, or unlawful access, use, transfer, processing, copying, transmission, alteration, loss or damage to your data. Despite all efforts to comply with the rules set out in applicable law, it is not possible to ensure the security of your data if it is transmitted or transferred in an insecure manner.
    • Where we have given you (or you have chosen) a password that allows you to access certain parts of the website, you are responsible for keeping that password confidential. We ask that you do not share the password with anyone.
    • Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Whilst we will do everything we can to protect your information, we cannot guarantee the security of your information transmitted to our website and any transmission is therefore at your own risk. Once we receive your data, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

 

  1. YOUR RIGHTS
    • Once you have logged in to your Groves Account, you may edit or delete the information you have provided to us (except for billing information which cannot be edited for billing purposes). You may cancel your registration completely, request to change your details or opt out of any marketing communications from us or selected third parties by sending an email to info@woodmint.en.
    • You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for commercial purposes. We will usually inform you (before collecting your information) that we intend to use your information for these purposes, or when we intend to disclose your information to any third party for these purposes. You can exercise your right to prevent such processing by ticking certain boxes on the forms we use to collect your information. You can also exercise your right at any time by sending an email to info@woodmint.en.
    • You have the right to access the information held about you. Your right of access may be exercised in accordance with applicable law. However, if requests from you are manifestly unfounded, excessive or repeated, we may:
  2. a) charge a reasonable fee taking into account the administrative costs of taking the requested action; or
  3.                b) refuse to respond to the request.
    • If you feel that your data has been unlawfully processed, please contact us at info@woodmint.en and we will undertake to resolve the issue. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Czech Data Protection Authority.
    • The website may from time to time contain links to the websites of our partner networks, advertisers and affiliates. If you use a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we may not accept responsibility or liability for these policies. Please review this policy before submitting any personal information to this website.
    • We process information about you in accordance with this clause 7 of the Terms and Conditions. By using our website or entering into a contract, you consent to this processing and warrant that any information you provide is accurate.
